Refund of Security Deposit

I have cancelled my post paid # 99894 98707 six months back.

I have been running post to pillar to get the security deposit refunded and I see no one helping me in this.

Airtel is giving false statements that it has been delivered and I have signed it, when asked for POD they don’t have it

I have send numerous email to the nodal officer and corporate office of Airtel and do not get any response. This is such an appalling service from Airtel.
