Not getting balance against e-recharge of Rs. 333

Sir i am deepika garg have recharged my airtel no. 9789891301 with Rs.333. But only Re.1 is credited to my no. Its return at Airtel envelope in which no. comes that we recharge the no. anywhere and anytime. But when i recharged my chennai no. at Delhi my account balance is credited with just Re. 1. this behavior of Airtel is adding to frustration and mental agony to any human being. My transID is 627109796 for e-recharge. Kindly help me in this matter.
