Not issuing postpaid sims after payment

Dear sir,

I Devesh Jhawar have made payment of rs.3020 for number 9550000068 bearing receipt number 005596 and 2250 for number 9550000078 bearing receipt number 005597 on 25-05.Airtel representative promised me to issue cards on 26-5 but did not issue the cards. When i am calling no one is taking my call. There's no proper reply from the or side. The name of the representative is kishore and his code is 007 and his number is 9550788345.So please look after the matter and resolve as soon as possible. My email id is deveshjh@gmail.com.
