Deduction in Prepaid Account

Sudden deduction from my Airtel TN prepaid mobile account yesterday night around 9.00 PM from my number 9894860221.

It's my mandatory, why did you charged and I have not even activated any of the VAS. There is none of acknowledge or reason by intimating SMS for deduction.

I have transaction ID as SMS for Erecharge and why did you deduct the paise of 20Rs. Need of proper response hope.
