Charges increased on outgoing calls with out activating any sceme

My self Ajinkya. I am customer of airtel from last 2 and half year.from last 1 and half month i am facing problem that my call rates are increased.previously i was charged 10 paise for airtel n 30 paise for other networks for outgoing calls but now it has incresed to 37 paise for all networks without doing anything. I have also complaint about this to airtel service 4 to 5 times but no action has been taken yet from their side. Hopfully from your side i will get positive responce. Waiting for your replay.
