SIM card registration failure

My AIRTEL SIM which have been in use for the past THREE years suddenly failed to register starting today (June 11th). It has validity till Oct. I'm not sure of the issue and have not contacted the nearest Customer Relations yet. Please I would welcome some suggestions.
