Faulty connection

My Roaming incoming remained blocked in spite of repeated complaints to airtel complaint center. On friday (11/6/10) your respectful executive suggested me to contact the headquarters which fortunately gets closed by 1900hrs... The next day ie on Saturday your esteemed headquarters remained CLOSED being a HOLIDAY!!! Wah kya service hai boss! I wish i could join the Airtel and serve the nation the way you guys are... PROMISE NOT TO TAKE AIRTEL FROM NOW ONWARDS. Believe me I, will spread the word among my doctor community across armed forces.
