Charges to talk with customer care

Hello sir,

It is not relevant that Airtel is now applying charges to talk with customer care executive. Last night, I called to customer care to know about special offer for sms. After talking with CCE, I realized my balace was reduced. it is wrong that u are taking money to talk with CCE.In telecom sector no one is applying charges

to talk their CCE

So please remove these charges, and customer can resolve his/her problem frequently.
