Fraud calls asking for Processing Fees

Dear Sir,

I recently received a miss call from unknown number: 923326872763 on my cell (Airtel number). However, I'm unaware of this number to which city it belongs to so i called back on this number. And when i got a response the person told me that he is from customer service department from Airtel and congratulate me by telling me that i've been selected for lucky draw coupon of Rs 5 Lacks which will be transfered to my account soon when i will pay them some processing fees of around: Rs.16000. However, i asked them how can i believe on this. They then told me my SIM number that has been printed on my SIM card and also they provided me then another number and told me that your cheque has been transferred to Punjab Bank in Chandigarh and provided me Manager's number of that bank to call and contact him for further any verification. The number provided to me regarding Bank Manager was: 00923055491191. but i didn't call on that number as it seems to be ISD calling number.

I request you to kindly do the needful against this fraud number case. As how they came to know my SIM number which i'm using. After checking this number i came to know that this number belongs to Pakistan country.
