Lost SIM - PREPAID

On 15.6.10 Complained and applied for New SIM for the lost Mobile No. 9502697660 at AIRTEL Customer Relationship Centre at Road No. 12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. I was assured to get activation in 48' Hours, ie., by 17.6.10 at 1.30pm. Now the time is 4.51pm. It is painful to note that till this second I have not received Activation. Kindly help me in this regard.
