Eduction of balance due to unknown cause

My no is 9007631373... inspite of having unlimited national sms my balance is being cut each time i send sms... today rs 18 was cut . i am facing this same problem ever since i recharged with rs 80 unlimited sms card. on the 15 th of this month... last 2 days i called up ur customer care and the re uploaded the deducted amount back to my account. but today when i called up saying that my rs 18 was cut. they said that i have sent more than 10000 sms from my mobile. which is not possible .. so my balance was being cut. i called up again on this time they replied that my balance was cut as i had sent some service sms to some no... each sms costing rs 3... but i didnt send any such sms... i am really pissed off with this daily problem please if u could help me...
