Sir,

i am completely dissatisfied with airtel customer service people, they are very rude to the consumer, not responding to the complaints, there is no relationship, there is no smile at all

if airtel Employees want to know how to serve their consumer ask them to visit Vodafone service center situated at nanganalur and observe how the showroom Manager Sudharson is handling consumer complaints, he is so smart at handling complaints i have seen him trice handling complaints and he was the best of all

i am not asking the international level of service like mentioned but at-least an acknowledgment and a proper response, which i am not going to get for the life time
