Deduction for Services not availed

Hello,

I am a seniour Citizen. and my cell no is 9970720871.

We used Mobile only for dialling and recieving calls and we dont know about all other services which the company offers.

Still every month they deduct amount from my prepaid card for different diffrent services.

Sometimes for Songs, some times for Job offers.

I tryed to speak at their customer care but no use.
