Not getting incomoing and outgoing calls for the last 24hrs

I'm a customer of airtel. I stay in Rakiyappa street (Mylapore) and on 26.6.10 I didn't get any incoming calls as well i was not able to make outgoing calls due to the tower was not reachable. Whenever any one calls me the recorded voice states that the line is busy even though it was not so. Please rectify this problem as there no other contact no. for me
