Shifting of Conection to new Apartment

I have shifted my residence from A 202 Shakti apartments plot no 18 Sec 5 Dwarka to A 702 Plot no 6 Sec 2 dwarka. Two months before I had installed IP tv conection by paying 1750 rs. Now Airtel is telling me that you can disconnect your connection if you want We will not be able to do your conection there. Please help me out. The connection is in the name of Ms Ramneet bhangal and the telephone number is 011 42740482.
