Deducting unauthorised charges

Sir i am using airtel no. 9662421299 from last several months. Currently they deducting unauthorised charges on a regular basis (average time period is 2-3 days) from my prepaid mobile. When we making complain at customer care of the company. They making refund for it but they also charges for talking with customer care. This is really very harsh full for us.
