Deducting charges without consent

I have taken pre paid mobile connection from Airtel (mob No 9650623788). The company has been deducting amounts from balance available on reharge, for services I have not requested for. The helpline provided never connects me to the operator so that I can request for discontinuing for all the services since they are useless for me.

I therefore request for discontinuing of all the services, including internet services from the service provider M/S Airtel.
