Unnecessary debit of amount of RS.15

Every time it happens to me that air tel is debiting prepaid amount from my mobile for unwanted reasons

it has become nuisance for us. Every time we are losing our money as well as our valuable time by complaining to the customer care. we wish the company should take necessary action to avoid this type of malpractices.
