Diduction from my account of Rs. 25/- from my account for subscription of polytones without any subscription or prior permission

It is really very sad that a message came to my inbox from 54321 saying "Thanks for using Polytones Pack subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 25/- . Enjoy Models Cub http://203.115.112.5/SM/". Though I have not submitted any subscription at the above said site though not accessed this site. So Airtel deducted my account balance of Rs. 25/- without my prior permission. My mobile no is 91 951330353. An action is expected from Airtel side otherwise I will to take this matter to the consumer court as this been happened many times now this is the limit.
