Ill on my name but card is used by someone else

My name is suraj anirudha singh. i had taken two artel sim card on billing basis having numbers 7738368335 & 7738368334 on 08th june.

i am using only sim card having no.7738368334. i received bill for this sim card which i paid.

on 29th july i received another bill having my name for rs.19901/- for the number 7738148335 which is not the number that i had not taken.

i have not signed any documents for issue of this number. this seems to be a fraud done by someone who has fraudulently got number issued in my name.

although i have not used this card so there is no question of paying this bill amount.

company should find the person committing such frauds.

please look into this matter as early as possible.
