Appauling Service - Good Bye My Airtel

I was a staunch believer of Airtel. Perhaps thats why I chose Airtel over others when i moved to Maharashtra in spite all locals telling me not to go for Airtel. I was expecting similar service from Airtel Maharshtra as Karnataka.

To my dismay, it is ridiculous... to say the least. Outgoing works fine... Incoming and messages dont! Strangest brain-less problem ever in the history of Mobile Telecom. People at their call center cant speak English. They charge for dialing 121... And laymen can offer better help in better languages than them. And for good Lord's sake, they have the audacity to cut customer calls which is least bit amusing.

I am forced to break my 8 year old relationship with Bharti Airtel and so are many many of my friends.
