Deduction of balance

Airtel mobile has deducted Rs 10 from my mobile phone balance due to unspecified reasons. ON dialing the customer care they have been constantly saying that that i had subscribe to one of their value added services, which i did not. But they have refused to hare any of the complaints and have refuse to pay back the money to me. This is not the first occasion this has happened, but on the previous occasions they had paid back the money.
