Submission of documents

My wife Aruna Somashekaran holds the prepaid Airtel Number 98804 13243 from past two years. However about 45 days back there was a call from Airtel office telling that the number is registered in the name of Mohammed and my wife has to submit pass port size photo and proof of residential address. I had submitted the required documents to Airtel office at Saibeen Complex office at Lalbagh, Mangalore on 09-07. As per the records of this office the same was forwarded to the concerned office on 10-07. But even after repeated requests the name has not been changed even today. Every time I call their compaints office through 121 they give standard reply that they are sending a e-mail to this regards Even yesterday I got the same reply. Please do the needful.
