Hi This is Suriya. S I have been using the airtel number for the past 3 months. Once I recharged with 121 which was Tamilnadu voucher. There after I was not able to recharge. Even after filing numerous complaints (In airtel service outlet, 121) the problem is still not solved. Customer Care representatives say they dont know what is the problem. Is this how airtel representatives know about their services?
