Unsolicited Marketing SMS

Despite i have registered in the NDNC list for maketing calls and SMS. I do get a lot of marketing SMS. I have not subscribed to any organisation so that they send me Marketing SMS. These unsolicited SMS are neither bothered by Airtel. I have complained lots to Airtel Customer Care but they ultimately turn out to proclaim that the Marketing agency is by a different operator and that they have forwarded this complaint to TRAI. I doubt that they forward it to TRAI and that they themselves are selling this leads to Marketing agencies.
