Deduction of money without activating any service

Respected sir i have an airtel connection from last two months. In these two months the company had deducted more than 200 rupees from my account balance without subscribing any service and when they cut balance they reply with a message that u have downladed a game, subscribed a service but when ever i check my phone nothing is found neither the game nor the service is activated on my phone. Sir I hope that you will take neccessary steps towards this problem and in returning my deducted money Sushant maggo
