Regarding Mobile tv deactivation

Dear sir/madam,

I m a postpaid user of airtel, my no. is 9997277661. On my number, airtel mobile tv service from 54321 got activated automatically and from last 15 days i'm calling customer care to deactivate it but they don't deactivate it and even it get deactivate after one two days it get activate again every week 40rs deduct from my account. After so many complaints, airtel charged Rs 120 for this in my last bill. i'm feed up of this service, please deactivate this service and see that it won't get activate again i called customer care so many times but they don't help.

Please help me.
