Not sending duplicate bill

Hi,
I have been an Airtel customer for the past many years. I got my post paid connection almost 2 years and was very happy with it. Usually I used to submit my airtel bills for reimbursement as my company has that option. This month my bill was delivered to my neighbour who in turn shifted her house.
When I checked with the customer care I was told that I will get only a duplicate copy of m y bill and they delivered the same. According to our company policy I can submit that bill, if I get a seal of the service provider and the customer care executive told that it is possible, but when I went to the showroom I was left disappointed as they are saying they cannot. Just for this matter I made numerous calls and the customer care executives are telling one opinion on one day and changing it another day.
I am really frustrated with this attitude. I will loose close to 500 rs because of this attitude
