Get charged for Caller Tunes that I never subsribed

Hi: My number is 9004870683. Airtel keeps sending me the messages that Caller tunes has been activated on your phone. For no reason, all of a sudden they deduct Rs. 30 for their caller tunes which I never subscribed in the first place. When I called their Customr service (which is very difficult in few attempts), the representative tells that he can deactivate the service but can not refund me the money. This happened almost 3-4 times and now I am very sure this is a systematic fraud by Airtel. Do not trust Airtel. Looks like everybody in my friends circle know it and therefore avoid Airtel. This has happened to many people and went unnoticed. I believe this systematic fraud is supported by Airtel management and therefore such malpractice must be fine by DOT. Airtel has collected a huge sum of money by this fraud and everyone should get their money back from Airtel if they subscribed to their shitty caller tune services.
