I am Amit kumar mahato retailer AIRTEL mobile no 9934079256. It so happened on 12th August 2.38 pm i received a call from no 7739574765 that i have been given bonous of Rs 1800 on my no while interacting with him my e charge bal of Rs 2100 become nil. On interacting with customer care the are telling my amount is hacked. I want to know how is this happening? and Why no action is being taken by company. I want my money back what should i do?
