Wrong decuction of money

Sir, this is Deepak Kumar and i have a complain regarding wrong deduction of 6 rupees from my number. This happens in two sequences i.e one yesterday i.e on 16/08 and another 4 days earlier. Each time 3 ruppes were deducted.

As i remeber i have not activated any plan etc. So please have look on this issues and do inform me as early as possible.
