Alance being debited without any request for activation of 54321 VAS servies

DEAR SIR/MAM,

My mobile no is - 9975619307

I did not opt for daily VAS download services but it has automatically activated.

I called customer care for getting it deactivated but am getting no help, and not able to unsbscribe the text base services.

Please help to deactivate the VAS DOWNLOAD (Some Football relatd news) SUBSCIPTION SERVICE FROM AIRTEL.

Every other day Rs 3/- are being deducted for the same.

Please do it on urgent basis as soon as possible.
