Wrong charges on prepaid connection

I have prepaid connection of airtel No.9974302800 heaving bad experience form airtel i have complaint to customer care above wrong charges dedcted from my balance. they send me text massages and i never download the same even though they deduct from my balance. Also i have send sms on 121 "do not call" even though they dont stopped the sms from outside.please check my account and give me justice and free from mental harashment from airtel.
