Disconnectin the service without customers notice

I have taken a connection with airtel. Since then I have issues. I will get confirmation calls for silly reasons, however they have deactivated the service to my number 9790914356 since Monday. There is no intimation regarding the same neither by Call, SMS nor email that service is deactivated due to some reason.
Now that after speaking to customer care for 1 hour and escalating it to Bindu Supervisor on floor, she called the agent (Kavi - 9940646830) and said that he would give me a call back after checking the status. I have submitted the document at HCL Perungudi office to Kavi.
Miss Bindu assured a call back from Kavi, which did not happen. I have called Kavi and he said that the copy of driving license that I have submitted was not legible.
Either the backend team or Kavi has informed me about this in advance before they disconnect the service.
I want the service to be activated right now and want someone to contact me and collect the required documents.
In case of the service not restored by EOD, I would be more than happy to treat the current unbilled amount as a discount due deactivation without any notification and will not pay it.

One more thing before close, Miss Bindu seemed to be little frustrated when i was talking to her regarding my issue.
