Free SMS Plan -Rs 99/ 1 day

Sir,

I have taken an AirTel Post Paid number in December with mobile number 9849900144.The Billing Period of my number falls from 20-Jul to 19-Aug.

I have activated the 99 Rs SMS offer plan earlier but deactivated it on 21st of July.

They have charged me Rs 99 for using that offer for one day, but the offer being stated in the bill is from 20-Jul to 19-Aug.

I have been charged for both the free SMS plan and for each SMS which i have sent.

To clarify the same, i have called the CSR.The CSR says that it comes with flat rental so this money cannot be deducted. But when i look in through the advertisements, IVRS or in the web portal there was nothing mentioned specifically that Rs99 SMS plan is a flat plan.request your action on the same.
