Lackberry repair sefvices

My blackberry service stopped working on Friday August 20th. On complaining about this, their Representative assured me that will get taken care of promptly. I received one single call on that day from tech service department and they said, someone will call and be at my place. It is 4 days later . i have spoken in excess of 20 times to their Cs representatives and 3 supervisors. They assured me that it will get repaired by this evening. of course it is not repaired nor has anyone called me. Now, only when I called and spoke to the supervisor, they inform me it will take 48 ore hours. what i am appalled with is their inability to follow up on what they promised and their inability to correctly provide information to the customer regarding repairs.
