This is brijesh here iam using airtel since 3 years i want to make a complaint about the network it sucks big time not only that i activated the gprs 99 plan and i was still charged around 300 for using gprs even though i was using mobile office and not airtel live plus the customer care of airtel sucks big time i demand to speak to a manager i dont get to speak to a manager my call is either dissconnected or kept on hold for 30 minutes also they dont understand english as well as they are very rude i would like to make a complaint as iam sick and tired of this kind of pathetic service
