Airtel No. go de registered (9903474829)

I purchased myairtel number 9903474829 on 5 years back (Life time SIM) from

Airtel Outlet (Esplaned). I did all the formalities and submitted the required

documentsand It was working fine for me from the last 5 years. This number was

active till 01/08/10but after that it was disconnected and now have been

deactivated. On the screenview a message that SIMCARD REGISTRATION FAILED.When

I contacted the custmercare outlet at city center salt lake, they told me

that my number go de register from the system and this number has been

allocated to some other people and I need to take some other sim with

different number.

I have register all the banking mobile facility with this number. Is this the

proper way to handel with the customer? you close my number without

information without notice and without any reason.i was also your old customer

but you did not

do with me good.

Please let me know how to retrive my no which I have using from the last 5

years.
