Excessive Debit and Lewd SMS

I have an AIRTEL prepaid connection. Somehow one of their 'hello tune' service got activated. Was getting tons of lewds SMS. I personally visited their outlet at Borivali. They advised me to get in touch with their call center within their premises. I was advised appropriate action was taken and all addl services de-activated. It was fine for few days. Now again it has started. Besides, my balance has reduced by Rs. 600 in 10 days. Is this the way Airtel making money. Will the Telecom Regulatory Authority look into it.
