Deduction of money

Hello. My name name is Naveen and iam From udupi district karnataka India. I use AIRTEL prepaid connection and phone number is 09741716534.On 25.08.2010 Airtel has deducted my money from my balance without reason and when i called customer care they told i have pressed some number for some service so they have deducted it WHICH is a Lie.later on when i called customer care they told they wil refund me the amount and i have the proof of that (recorded tape) the next time i called the customer care they transferred the cal to the manager who spoke to me very rudely refusing to refund the amount (on 28.08.2010 at 12.04am).strict action must be taken against this manager and the staff who told me who wil refund the amount.hopefully u wil refund my amount because every single rupee is valuable because i have earned it sir.thanking you and hope i get a quick response.
