Poor customer Care Support

I had a prepaid airtel SIM whose outgoing was bared after one month of usage, reason told documents not matched. At the airtel relationship center even after resubmitting the documents no action has been taken in 15 days. Staff are non-cooperative, not giving contact number of any higher authority to talk.
