I have a landline no 01294040928 on address H. No. 292 Sector 19 Faridabad in the name of Ms Kanhaiya Lal Ved Prakash Having account no.10274989. I have made a request for change of plan for 999 that is your per second plan whose reference no is 12647950 on dated 2.06.2010.but my next bill was not according to changed plan because Airtel migrate my no. to some wrong plan. On receiving of bill I again lodged a complaint in customer care whose reference no. is 34656430 and I was assured from Airtel that the mistake in bill will rectify soon. but still my bill is according to per minute plan that Airtel migrate me to a wrong plan. I again lodged a complaint for the same whose reference no is 34984764 Again I lodged a complaint under reference no. 35019552 on dt. 13.07.2010 for the same but still no solution has been provided to me. Even after assuring me from Nodal that my next bill having billing no. 518704881will be according to correct plan my next bill is also according to the wrong plan upto the date 14/07 having billing period from 26/06 to 25/07 Again i mail my complaint to care.ncr@airtel.in whose reference no is 35870668.but without solving the grievance agian airtel close the complaint. Moreover Rs. 75 has been charged as Top-Up charges in my bill but no discount has been given Under such TOP-Up Scheme. Again I complaint for the same issue under same complaint no. i.e. 35870668 on dated 2.08. 5.08.2010. & on 12.08.2010 under complaint no. 36328270.Again my Bill No. 520779039 having billing period 26.07.2010 to 25.08.2010 is Wrong but again when i lodge the complaint with reference no. 36945290 No solution is provided to me.
