Network problem

I have been using my airtel no. 981027920 since 2001 at that time it was prepaid i converted it into postpaid then in the month of august i again onverted the same into prepaid. i am facing network problem since 2003 no positive response given by the company today on the day of 31st august i complained about to same at around 5.30 p.m. MR> VINASH ATTENDED MY CALL HE SAID HE IS SENIOR SUPERVISOR AND HE MISBEHAVED AND SAID SAID AIRTEL COMPANY CANNOT SOLVE YOU PROBLEM IT IS INCURaBLE THEN I FORCED HIM TO REGISTER ITs REGISTRATION NO> IS COUTL20831385417 please get it solved well and do something for worst behaviour of that person.
