Airtel
Not giving service

Its been 3 weeks since I bought a Airtel prepaid card (no.- 9860489559) with the plan 1paisa/sec. But the service of incomming and outgoing has not yet been started even after many complaints to the AIRTEL company and customer care service centre. So strict action must be taken against the Airtel company.
