I have Airtel Simcard from last 3 years, In my room there is no signal of airtel, my house is in the mid of the city. I call several times to customer care, they says your problem will be solved in 7 days but after a month the problem remains same. This is my very old no. thats why I cant change this. Having lots of trouble I decided to divert my calls to other no., I call customer care again, they tell me you only divert a call on airtel and idea, then I purchase a new idea connection. I call customer care again to activate call divert to my new idea number now they says you only divert a call on airtel local no.

What can I do now this is a very worst customer care, kaise kaise gadho ko bitha ke rakha hai.
