I am using airtel since 6 years.
there customer relation is very bad. and also many times i have notice bad response. and also balance deduction error i have found many times. and there may b many chances where v havnt noticed.
even aftr making pulse billing plan, they deducts normal plan sometime. and aftr complaining they il give many reply like it hasnt activated so n so... and customer care cuts the fone.
