Getting sms form unknown number & am being charged for it

My mobile no is 9995069421. From the past 2 days i'm receiving sms form a 13 digit no-5432162951901. Moreover i'm getting charged for receiving sms by Rs.1/- whenever i receive sms form this no. inform me what can I do to stop this.
