DEBIT OF TALKTIME WITHOUT USAGE

Yesterday, (Sunday the 19/09) I was charged and debited for the calls I did not made. In the afternoon I was having balance of approx. Rs.85/- but between 1730hrs to 1830hrs suddenly I started receiving messages from Airtel about the brief usage and amount debited. I immediately lodged Complaint to Customer Care of Airtel but to no a vail. This thing repeated at around 2230 hrs and again started receiving the usage messaged and again debited. My balance reduced from Rs.85/- to Rs.58/- for which airtel could’nt provide me any justification except a mere excuse of ”database not yet updated”. My concerned mobile number is 9871895318-M.

This is despite of the fact that whole day I did not made any outgoing call.
