Sms not delivering

I have called the Airtel customer servie and complained that my sms is going to anyone since quite a while now and everytime they give me a complaint number and cut the phone, but the problem is still persisting. My mobile number is 9960260218. Neither local nor international sms is going and i am having lot of trouble because of this. I visited the airtel gallery last weekend and they did something and said that there is some problem with the profile and sms was going for some hours, but it stopped again. I am really tired of Airtel customer service as they are not fixing this problem. Please rectify the problem.
