Unilateral renewal of subscriptions

I have been receiving messages regarding games on gclub.com and there after renewal of subscription and related charges without my consent. I have thrice requested the executives sof Airtel to un-subscribe the same and refund the reravent charges and also stop sending gclub messages to me in future. In spite of this I have today received a gclub message from Airtel (no. 555630) and followed by a message of renewal of subscription from Airtel no. AD-54321. I would be grateful if this menace can be stopped with immediate effect.
